We had an enjoyable stay with courteous and caring staff. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the breakfast offered a range of both local and international cuisines. The hotel facilities were great, including the water park, private beach, and massage and sauna services. Location-wise, it was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but easy to reach by taxi arranged through the hotel.

Geen 4 sterren maar 1 ster. Slecht.onderhouden kamers, slecht schoon gemaakt. Vies op de vloer, de badkamer niet schoon. Waren geen schone handdoeken. Sanitair oud en vies. Strand vies en er lag rotzooi, zoals glas heel veel plastic en messen onder het zand. De strandvedden waren door geroest of verrot. Bij het zwembad stak betonijzer eruit. Haren in de douche putjes en wastafel. De buitendouche breed druppelen. Het eten van slechte kwaliteit. Werd net de lunch niet op ging werd met dinner time weer gereserveerd. Vieze tafels ,placemats niet schoon gemaakt. Andere naam het hotel, maar nog steeds hetzelfde slechte hotel.

Paar staff leden zijn correct de rest loopt en als een zwerver bij met de kleding.

The resort is located in a peaceful area, away from the crowd. the breakfast is decent with a variety of western and Egyptian dishes. Staff members are friendly and attentive, making sure the rooms are kept clean and the guests are comfortable. the private beach has enough cabanas and loungers for everyone.

The wifi is not available in all places, making it difficult for business travelers to work remotely.

I had the best Easter vacation ever! the staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I especially loved the fresh baked bread and fruit. the pool area was fantastic with comfortable loungers and a water park, perfect for families. One of the best parts was the private beach area with plenty of seating available, and various activities available for an additional price.

The rooms could use some updating, especially the furniture and toiletries. the Wi-Fi only being available in the reception area was inconvenient.

Great view, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, helpful general manager, quiet location, small aquapark.

We spent New Year’s Eve at this resort. The beach area was stunning and clean. The food was decent, with a variety of dishes. The pool area was spacious with plenty of loungers. The rooms had a balcony and a decent view.

The staff were unhelpful, unwelcoming, and unreceptive to any requests we made. The rooms’ furniture was dated and the bedding was damp.
